0013073: Sales order - copy from order - error message should be proper if the organization does not have location

Description

Assume to org A is not defined with location/address. Create and complete sales order for org A.Then create another sales order. Use "Copy form order" button to copy the previous order. It says "Could not find taxes".

Steps To Reproduce

Assume to org A is not defined with location/address.
Create and complete sales order for org A.
Then create another sales order.
Use "Copy form order" button to copy the previous order.
It says "Could not find taxes".

Proposed Solution

Since in the sales order to calculate the tax two things are must (1) the location of the partner (2) the location of the organization.

While copying the sales order it is unable to calculate the tax since the org A does not have location/address.

So the error message must clearly defined as "The organization must be specified with location/address to calculate tax"
