0013044: Bad result when cancelling price adjustments

Description

With multiple price adjustments, the checkbox "cancel price adjustment" in sales order line does not work properly (only cancels one price adjustment)

Steps To Reproduce

1.- Create two diferent price adjustment for a product (i.e. one for customer&product and other for customer&product category), the first one a percent with priority 1and the second one a fixed price with priority 0.
2.- Create a Sales Order header and inform the customer
3.- Create a Sales order line with the product and observe as the price adjustments are applied correctly
4.- Check the "cancel price adjustment" checkbox
5.- The percent is not applied, but the fixed price is.
