0012994: Error: No Cost on Material receipt

DescriptionThe Function m_get_product_cost does not deliver a cost although there is a cost in M_COSTING for the product. The parameter p_movementdate seems not to be set correctly.
Steps To ReproduceJust do a Goods-Receipt.
Proposed SolutionPatch the Function m_get_product_cost. The parameter p_movementdate schould be optional. If not set or no cost found, the actual cost must be supplied. Same with costtype.
