0012784: Create AP expense invoice : TAX Rate is selected randomly

Description

Because The product nor the Employee has a TAX-Rate associated, The TAX in the AP Invoiceline is selected randomly. It must be corrected by hend.

Steps To Reproduce

Create an Expese Sheet with at least one line. Select a Business Partner and Product (Type expenses).
Fill in Amounts.
Process Expenses.
Do the 'Create AP expense invoice' process.
In the resulting AP Linvoicelines the Tax-Rate is selected randomly

Proposed Solution

In Association with ISSUE 12780. The TAX could be taken from the Product.
