0001226: Dojo Message error in manual pages not translated

DescriptionCurrently dojo widget are retrieving the message error from its own translation file.

It should be modified to be retrieved from Openbravo dictionary.

We have created a new Openbravo javascript (js/openbravo/messages/common.js) to be able to get message error translations directly from our database. If it's not possible gain access to database, we get localized dojo translation.
