0001204: Process button Bankstatement fails

DescriptionWhen you click the button process it doesn't appear the pop-up window.

Enviroment:
Browser:IE7, Firefox 2.03
DB:Oracle 10g
OS:Windows XP

Steps:
1. Go to Bankstatement window
2. Click on Button process
