Summary

0011947: For an annual report and a year without periods, report launching gives a non-sense error message

DescriptionFor an annual report and a year without periods, report launching gives a non-sense error message
Steps To ReproduceInstall 347 report module
Create a year 2011, but do not create periods for that year
Launch the 347 report for 2011 year
A message of a mandatory field is empty is shown
This occurs because the periods combo is filled in with the existing periods for that year. In case of annual reports, the combo is filled in with just an option called Annually. In this case, the id of this option in the menu is the set of IDs of the existing periods of the selected year. If no period exists, the ID is empty, so the validate javascript function detects that a mandatory field is empty (has got "" id)
