0011075: Warehouse/storage bin: selecting warehouse at the header, doesn't restrict storage bins in the lines

Description

When selecting a warehouse in the header of a document it would be logical that when entering the lines, only storage bins that belong to the warehouse that you selected in the header will appear in the selector popup.
However, in the current forms, regardless of which warehouse you selected in the header, all storage bins of all warehouses can be selected on the lines.

Examples:
Sales Management || Transactions || Goods Shipment || Header >> Lines
Procurement Management || Transactions || Goods Receipt || Header >> Lines
Warehouse Management || Transactions || Physical Inventory || Header >> Lines
And there are probably more screens

Steps To Reproduce

Enter a warehouse in the header. Then when going to the lines, click the selector of the storage bin and you'll see you can select storage bins from all your warehouses, not just the one you selected in the header. When selecting and saving a storage bin that below to another warehouse there is no error.
