Summary

0010367: Professional Subscription validity is one day less of valid range

DescriptionIf you set a license to be valid from 01-01-2009 to 10-01-2009 (total of 10 days) actually will expire at 10-01-2009 at 0:00:00, so you get a total of 9 days.
If you set a license to be valid for one day, actually the license pass directly from "not active yet" (the day before) it is active for a millisecond (when midnight occurs) and the will expire.
Steps To Reproduce1. Get a license for a 10 day period and check what happens the 10th day
2. Get a license for a 1 day period and check just before midnight and just after midnight
