Summary

0009381: Modify the initial client setup so templates will be added for the document types

DescriptionDue to a project for 250, right now it is not possible to print any document unless you configure them adding some templates. Because of that the initial client setup should add this templates when creating the document types
Steps To Reproduce1. Login as system administrator role
2. Go to General setup->Client->Initial client setup
3. After creating the client go to Financial management->Accounting->Setup->Document type
4. Move to report templates. For all the document types that in the attach not exist a report template and this is wrong
Proposed SolutionFor all the document types that are in the attach must be a report template. And for each report template an email definition

 Reopened because still left to add an email definition for each of this templates

It's enough to add a record with language English (USA)
