0009257: Window / Tab defined as Sales transaction, Purchase transaction or nothing

Description

In Application Dictionary, when defining a Window, one can set it as Sales Transaction: that means that when having a Business Partner selector, only customers will display.

But some times, we want both Customers and Providers to be displayed by default, but we do not have this option.

For instance it is useful in General Setup > Security > User window (see issue 0009212).

Steps To Reproduce

1) Go to Application Dictionary > Windows, Tabs and Fields > Window

Proposed Solution

In Application Dictionary > Windows, Tabs and Fields > Window be able to define a window as Sales Transaction, Purchase Transaction or None.
In Application Dictionary > Windows, Tabs and Fields > Window > Tab be able to define a tab as Sales Transaction, Purchase Transaction or None.
