0008686: The General Ledger Report fails when you select only an account

Description

The General Ledger Report fails when you select only an account.

The initial amount or the final amount is not correct because
with a line with amount 0 both are different

Steps To Reproduce

-Go to General Ledger Report
-Fill the filters and select only one account
-Execute the report
-See the attach
