0008572: Expense report document links are not working

DescriptionThe document links in the Expense Report are not going to the required page if we click the links.
Steps To Reproduce# Login as userA
# Go to Project & Service Management->Analysis Tools ->Expense Report
# Click HTML Format

Expense Report is displayed with document number links. If we click on the document links it won't go the required page.
Proposed SolutionClicking Document links should move to the required documents.

Fixes bug 8572: Expense report document links are not working

Now the document no link in the expense report has been made to go to the required page.

 I have checked in openbravomainpsg context. Still I am unable to browse the expense report document links.

 Arun,

I am unable to reproduce this issue. My fix changes are still there in the pi. Could you please check my fix changes in your environment once again to confirm?

 When I login with Openbravo Admin role I am able to browse the document links. But If I login with SampleClient Admin role I am unable to browse the document links.

 Here the problem comes when you do everything with a new client, instead of using small bazaar.
