0007698: We are able to enter negative value in "Safety Lead Time" & "Time Horizon" fields

DescriptionIn manufacturing plan -> header while creating a new manufacturing plan we are able to enter a negative value for the fields "Safety Lead Time" and "Time Horizon".
Steps To ReproduceGo to Material Requirement -> Transactions -> Manufacturing Plan.
Create a new manufacturing plan.
Enter negative values for Time Horizon & Safety Lead Time.
click Save button.

We are able to enter negative values for both Time Horizon & Safety Lead Time.
As per the definition of these I hope this should not happen.





Proposed SolutionTime Horizon & Safety lead Time should accept only positive values.
