0007395: Purchase Order Report is not filtering by Client and Organization

DescriptionPurchase Order Report is not filtering by Client and Organization so if one executes it without any filtering, he can see purchase orders of other companies.
Steps To Reproduce1) Go to 'Procurement Management || Analysis Tools || Purchase Order Report'
2) Run the report without selecting a filter.

 In trunk, 'ORA-12704: character set mismatch' error message is displayed when launching this report. In PostgreSQL it is working perfectly.  Still the report shows PO which are created for other organization.

 The issue was correctly solved. It is showing data of the organizations the user's role has access to.

If you think it should be possible to filter by organization please log a new feature request.
