0006289: In the Business Partner window some tab links don't have the same style

DescriptionUsing IE7 and with a 1024x768 screen resolution, access the Business Partner window. You'll get a two lines tab list. The 2nd line don't have the same style.
Steps To Reproduce* Using IE7 and 1024x768 screen resolution
* Login in the application
* Go to Business Partner window
