After selecting the payment, in the line page, the payment field shows ** instead of payment description. And after presssing the save button the correct value is displayed.

The content of the sql_record_identifier column of the AD_Table table is being generated wrong all the time. Example: If we execute: select ad_column_identifier('C_Debt_Payment','19000115','en_US') from dual; the database will return '**', the same value the application is currently showing.
