0005975: After a system restart, Apache Tomcat service keeps stopped

Description

After a system restart, by an upgrade, a rollback or a maintenance task, Apache Tomcat service keeps stopped and must be restarted manually. The system service list says:

Running Apache Web Server
Stopped Firewall (note that this service was stopped on purpose)
Running Oracle Database
Running Secure Shell (SSH)
Stopped Apache Tomcat

Steps To Reproduce

Check that all service are running.
Choose a tasks that requires a restart. For example, a rollback.
Apply it.
After the success message, go back to services. Apache Tomcat is stopped and Openbravo ERP is not accessible.
