0005846: Year record repeated several times

Description

In Organization window, inside Year read only tab, the same Fiscal years are repeated several times.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Go to 'General Setup || Enterprise || Organization'
2) Create a new one with an organization type that is legal entity.
3) Tick Allow Period Control and select a Calendar.
4) Set this organization as ready.
5) Go to 'Year' tab in grid mode.
