0058182: Loyalty incremental refresh

DescriptionWhile doing an incremental refresh, the data related to loyalty is completely loaded.

It seems that instead of an incremental refresh is doing a full refresh-

It concerns LoyaltyPrograms, LoyaltyEarnRules, LoyaltySubscriptions and LoyaltyCard at least.
Steps To ReproduceIn an environment with Loyalty
- Do a full refresh
- Do an incremental refresh and check that every record is loaded again.
Proposed SolutionAdd $incrementalUpdateCriteria in the loading queries
