0005172: Fixed length document sequences

Description

Document sequences can be setup with prefixes before and after the sequence. But it is not posible to fix the length of the documentno.

For example, it isn't possible to generate the next sequence:
PRE-0001-A
PRE-0002-A
PRE-0003-A
...

This functionality is very demanded by customer and users.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to sequences window and setup a sequence. Assign the sequence in a document (AP Invoice). Create a new document. The result will be:
PRE-1-A
PRE-2-A
PRE-3-A
...
PRE-10-A
PRE-11-A
...
PRE-100-A
PRE-101-A
...

Proposed Solution

Include two more field on sequence setup "left filling" and "right filling". Then implement lpad and rpad on ad_sequence_next, ad_sequence_doc and ad_sequence_doctype.
