0050707: Italian regions list to be updated

DescriptionFind in the document below the confirmed list of Italian regions with the Italian name. Right now they are just in English.

Proposed SolutionTwo points to consider:
1. The region name must be Italian
2. We miss four regions: CI, VS, OG, OT and we must remove SU. South Sardinia is composed by the first four ones.
