0005068: dba_recompile should be run after creating/updatng the database in Oracle

DescriptionAfter creating the database some objects may be in invalid state.
Proposed SolutionIt would be good to run the DBA_RECOMPILE procedure after creating/updating the database.

create.database and update.database already run dba_recompile in Oracle. The call is located in the postscript, and is executed immediately after the creation or update of the database structure.
