DescriptionIn BO, I can't find a message to translate the 'EDIT' button of "Org Variables" window
Steps To Reproduce1. Connect to BO with Openbravo and role System
2. Open 'Message' window and look for "EDIT" in capital

Fixes ISSUE-46415: Org Variables window "EDIT" field can't be translated

This was due to a missing label on OrgVariables window, it has been
added and a OBC2_LblEdit message created for future translations.
