Description

If a components uses useEnabledUserAction hook but the role has no access to the user action, the function returns undefined

Steps To Reproduce

1) Go to Role window in ERP
2) Select "VallBlancaUser" record and go to User Action Access tab
3) Deactivate the record for "SelectCurrentSchema"
4) Go to the POS and clear the cache
5) Do a login and try to change the current schema to another one
6) The application crashes

Proposed Solution

Here we have to decide one of two things:
- If MAKES sense that useEnabledUserAction returns undefined if the role has no permission to execute the user actions, then we have to change SchemaSelectorButton component and any other components that uses the hook to manage properly this case
- If DOES NOT makes sense that seEnabledUserAction returns undefined if the role has no permission to execute the user action, then we have to decide what should be returned and decide how to manage properly all possible scenarios
