0046264: New taxes need to be created in the PT taxes dataset

DescriptionNew taxes need to be created in the PT taxes dataset, see below, besides that some tax categories need to be renamed.

IVA Reducido as IVA Reduzido
Steps To Reproducen/a
Proposed SolutionBelow taxes need to be created:

IVA 12% - related to the tax category, "IVA Intermedio", and for sales transactions in Madeira.
IVA 9% - related to the tax category, "IVA Intermedio", and for sales transactions in Acores.

IVA 5% - related to the tax category, "IVA Reduzido", and for sales transactions in Madeira.
IVA 4% - related to the tax category, "IVA Reduzido", and for sales transactions in Acores.

IVA Isento - Art.9-CIVA27- related to the tax category, "IVA Isento", and for sales transactions in Madeira.
IVA Isento - Art.9-CIVA27- related to the tax category, "IVA Isento", and for sales transactions in Acores.

Tax category IVA Reducido must be renamed as IVA Reduzido

Açores Normal VAT needs to be changed from 18% to 16%

fixes ISSUE-46264: add new taxes

  New taxes added:

  - IVA 12% - "IVA Intermedio", and for sales transactions in Madeira
