Proposed SolutionSe requiere modificar la localización de los siguientes impuestos, para considerar Reino Unido - Irlanda del Norte como parte de la UE para las operaciones de entregas de bienes:

1. Añadir el pais Reino Unido + las 27 Regiones de Irlanda del Norte (NI) (Ver nota), en los impuestos que se listan a continuación:

- Impuestos de Ventas: como pais+region de destino (ie. United Kingdom + Antrim (NI), etc). Pais de origen = España.

Entregas intracomunitarias Bienes Inversión (%N=>0%)
Entregas intracomunitarias (%N=>0%)
Entregas intracomunitarias (%N=>0%) ISP
Entregas intracomunitarias (%R=>0%)
Entregas intracomunitarias (%SR=>0%)

- Impuestos de Compras: como pais+region de origen (ie. United Kingdom + Antrim (NI), etc). Pais Destino = España.

Adquisiciones intracomunitarias 10%
Adquisiciones intracomunitarias 10% (-10%)
Adquisiciones intracomunitarias 10% (+10%)

Adquisiciones intracomunitarias 21%

 Comprobar e indicar con Test Cases los siguientes escenarios:

TEST 1
Intercambio de mercancías (Compra/Venta) con Reino Unido + cualquier región de Irlanda del Norte = OPERACIONES INTRACOMUNITARIAS (impuestos del tipo : Adquisición intracomunitaria de bienes o Entrega Intracomunitaria de bienes exenta)

TEST 2
Intercambio de mercancías (Compra/Venta) con Reino Unido + cualquier región diferente de Irlanda del Norte = EXPORTACIONES/IMPORTACIONES de bienes (impuestos del tipo Exportaciones (Venta) o Importaciones (Compra).

TEST 3
Prestación de servicios desde/hasta Reino Unido (independientemente de la Región ) = EXPORTACIONES/IMPORTACIONES de Servicios, en estos casos Openbravo debería mostrar impuestos del tipo : Servicios prestados internacional (Venta) o Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE (Compra)

Para realizar las pruebas anteriores la clave está en:
1 - la dirección (País / Región) de la organización que vende/compra a un tercero
2 - la dirección (País / Región) de dicho tercero (cliente o proveedor)
3 - el grupo de impuestos (IVA Normal, IVA Normal Servicios) al que pertenece un producto que puede ser un bien o un servicio.

 First import the dataset with new tax zones
Create a business partner with address in United Kingdom and region North Ireland.
Create a business partner with address in United Kingdom and any region or without region or a region distinct North Ireland


TEST 1

Case 1 (Sales invoice):
1- Create a sales invoice with Business partner with address in United Kingdom and region North Ireland.
2- Add a product and the tax selected is "Entregas intracomunitarias (%N=>0%)"

Case 2 (Purchase Invoice):
1- Create a purchase invoice with Business partner with address in United Kingdom and region North Ireland.
2- Add a product and the tax selected is "Adquisiciones intracomunitarias 21%"


TEST 2

Case 1 (Sales invoice):
1- Create a sales invoice with Business partner with address in United Kingdom any region or without region or a region distinct North Ireland.
2- Add a product and the tax selected is "Exportaciones (%N=>0%)".

Case 2 (Purchase Invoice):
1- Create a purchase invoice with Business partner with address in United Kingdom any region or without region or a region distinct North Ireland.
2- Add a product and the tax selected is "Importaciones 21%=0%"


TEST 3

Case 1 (Sales invoice):
1- Create a sales invoice with Business partner with address in United Kingdom regardless of Region.

Related to ISSUE-45668: Set C_Tax table as isBusinessObject=N

This avoids to export into the dataset the following records:
* Translations, which we don't maintain
* Tax zones as List. This was not necessary since the tax zones are already
exported into a separate entity.

This has reduced the dataset size (21MB -> 11MB) but keeping the same functionality.
