0044846: Performance problem loading a POS Terminal with high amount of discounts

DescriptionPerformance problem loading a POS Terminal with high amount of discounts
Steps To ReproduceThe POS Terminal takes around 30 minutes to load with a high amount of discounts, (83600 records in the Customer environment).

This happens when execute the search of the DiscountFilterProduct model, in the following sql:

OB.Dal.query(
OB.Model.DiscountFilterProduct,
productFilterQuery,
discountsQueryObject.params,
products => { ...

In the case of the environments where the preference "Web POS Use advanced discounts engine" can be disabled, the problem is also reproducible.
