0042938: [20Q1] [NewSkin] Scrolling in Cashup window doesn't work in touch devices - print and close

DescriptionScrolling in the steps of the Cashup window in the Cashup review step of "Post, print and close", of which the Galaxy Tab A6's is depicted in the following video:

In ipad, windows tablet and Galaxy Tab A6 don't work the drag with the finger, in all devices except the ipad scroll can be done through the scroll bar.
Steps To Reproduce0. Log in the POS as user "vallblanca"
1. Select the "Cash up" option from the dropdown menu
2. Try to scroll in some touch device
NOTICE that in the scroll don't work
