0042518: Cannot search a business partner without location from general ledger report

Description

From General Ledger Report when adding a business partner, you cannot find business partners that don't have a location associated to them.

Steps To Reproduce

* go to openbravo livebuilds, section retail with modules link pgsql backend
* go to business partner window, create a new one (search key = test openbravo, commercial name = test openbravo)
* go to general ledger report window, go to section dimensions, click on add from business partner (the created business partner is not on the list)
* go again to business partner window, select test openbravo, go to location/address tab, add here one location (enter the location/address fields and a phone)
* go again to general ledger report window, click on reload current page, search business partner again, now the test openbravo business partner appears
