Description | Creating a new loyalty subscription for a Customer / Business Partner work correctly both with the POS online and offline. However, in the case for the offline mode, the values aren't displayed after syncing the changes to the backoffice. | |||||||||||
Steps To Reproduce | PRECONDITION: "Loyalty Programs" and "Loyalty Programs for Web POS" modules must be installed. -- In the ERP: perform basic setup for Loyalty Programs (as shown in the OB Wiki page: http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Projects:Loyalty_Programs/User_Guide#Who_can_subscribe_clients.3F [^]) 0. Log in the ERP and change the role to "The White Valley Group Admin" 1. Go to "Channel - Touchpoint Type" an open a record in form (p.e. VBS POS Terminal Type) 2. In the "Loyalty" section, check the "Enable Loyalty Features" box, and check the newly shown "Can Subscribe to Loyalty Programs" box 3. Go to the "Document Sequence" window, and create a new record for the "The White Valley Group" organization 4. Go to "Loyalty Program" window and create a new record and subtab records with the previously created document sequence set in the "Member Identifier Sequence" field -- In the POS 0. Log in a terminal belonging to the loyalty program enabled terminal type; in this case, VBS-1 1. Create a new customer by using the "* New Customer" button in the "Assign a customer" popup. 2. Go into Offline mode by disconnecting/disabling the active network connection of the device in use, and by navigating to the profile details of the dropdown menu if needed. 3. Click on the contextual button (three vertical dots) on the previously created customer, and click on the "View Details" option. 4. In the "Customer details" window try to add a "Loyalty Card" by clicking in the orange "plus" shaped button at the bottom 5. Click on the "New Subscription" button and follow the indications in the prompted popups to create a new subscription 6. Save the newly added subscription, and close all of the popups back to the "Assign a customer" popup 7. Go back into Online mode by reconecting 8. Repeat steps 3 and 4, to show the subscriptions 9. In the "View <new customer> Loyalty Subsctiption(s)" popup, check that the record with the subscription and it's details from the "View details" contextual menu option show as in the attached screenshots NOTICE that the subscription is correctly synced to the backend in the "Subscriptions" subtab of the previously created "Loyalty Program", with properly generated Member ID value, and its corresponding subscription Category field. But neither are shown in the POS, unless an incremental or masterdata refresh is performed. | |||||||||||
