| Description | When you define this kind of discount, in the web POS you get the suggestion to add it (in case "Alert in Web POS" is checked), but the discount doesn't work. It adds the free products but without the discount, so full price of those products is added. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Log into https://livebuilds.openbravo.com/retail_modules_pgsql_pi/ [^] 2. In Discounts and Promotions window, record "Travel Pack Free Products" 3. Check "Alert in web POS" and "Active" 4. In 'Free products' tab, deactivate "Balaclava Cap" so another unrelated bug doesn't appear this time 5. Included products: Only those defined - Add All mountain ski board cham in Products tab 6. Total receipt field: 20.00 (for instance) 7. Log into Web POS and add to the order - All mountain ski board cham 8. Press payment button and the system suggests you to add this promotion. Check it and click ok 9. The active free products are added without a discount (full price) | |||||||

As discussed, this is the expected behaviour, in case you use filtering by products in the by total discounts, you need to include the free products as part of the list of products affected by the discount, otherwise they will not receive the discount. |
