0041509: [19Q3] [UX] Functional duplicity of 'Create Quotation' over 'Create Quotation from Order' menu options

DescriptionOriginally, there was a functionality called 'Create Quotation' which created a Quotation over the currently opened ticket. Now, there are two separate functionalities, which essentially do the same, with the sole benefit that one of them saves a single tap over the other: the creation of a new empty ticket as a Quotation that does the 'Create Quotation' function is equal to the same actions taken by taping on the ticket creation button, and then selecting the "Create Quotation from Order" option. This last option covers this functional flow, as well as providing the possibility of converting to Quotation a ticket which already has lines added to it.

In regards of the user experience, having two functionalities that do the same or that cover functionally one another is pointless, and could also be misleading.
Steps To Reproduce0. Log in the Web POS in VBS-1 terminal as user "vallblanca"

-- Two ways of creating a (Sales) Quotation

- Option 1: using the "Create Quotation" feature
1. Click on the "Create Quotation" option from the dropdown menu
2. A new blank ticket is created with an identifier corresponding to a Quotation

- Option 2: using the "Create Quotation from Order" feature
* With a blank ticket
1. Click on the "Create Quotation from Order" option from the dropdown menu
2. A new blank ticket is created with an identifier corresponding to a Quotation
* With a ticket with lines, but wanting to create a blank ticket
1. Click on the create ticket button ("*") on the top bar
2. Execute steps 1. and 2. of the 'With a blank ticket' section
* With a ticket with lines a Quotation is wanted to be created of
1. Click on the "Create Quotation from Order" option from the dropdown menu
2, A new ticket is created with an identifier corresponding to a Quotation, and with the lines of the original ticket
