0004137: Database postscript is not executed in the update.database process

DescriptionThe database postscript will not be executed in the update.database process, due to a bug in dbsourcemanager.
Steps To ReproduceJust do a update.database. If you have changed the postscript, you will notice that your changes don't appear in the database.
