DescriptionTax Zone should not be exported to Magento if it has the same destination country and region than its Tax Rate
Steps To ReproduceHaving a Tax Rate with a destination country and destination region defined.
Having a child Tax Zone with the same destination country and destination region defined.
Export them to Magento and check Tax Rate fails due to duplicated code.
