Summary

0039940: Lockscreen offline is broken

DescriptionIf we try to do lock screen offline is not working. Since 18Q4, when we try todo lock screen in offline, we refresh the window instead of going to login window.
Steps To Reproduce- Login in Web POS online
- Go to offline
- Open Menu - User - Lock Screen
- ERROR! We refresh the pointofsale window instead of navigate to login window
Proposed SolutionAdd a test with this steps to reproduce

Fixed issue 39940 : POS should naviage to Login when it is locked in offline

* Added New localStorage "POSSessionActive" to track the active session
  If there is no active session and try to reload in offline, it will be redirected to login screen
