0039555: [RR18Q4] Exclusion rules for Discounts and Promotions don't work when used on a ticket

Description

Discounts can be applied to all lines or to a specific line of a ticket, regardless if there is one or more a products in the ticket that has been set in the exclusion rules of
"Discounts and Promotions" window in the backend.

Steps To Reproduce

-- In the Backend (ERP)
0. Log in as user Openbravo
1. Go to the "Discounts and Promotions" window
2. Configure a discount. For example,
- Discount/Promotion Type *: Discretionary Fixed Amount
- Name *: "10€ Discount"
- Starting Date *: <today>
- Included Products *: All excluding defined
- Discounted Amount ("Definition" section): 10.00
2.1. Go to the "Products" subtab and add a product:
- Product: Crampons 12 point

-- In the Frontend (Web POS)
0. Log in as user "vallblanca"
1. Add several products to the ticket, including the excluded one ("Crampons 12 point")
2. Click on "Receipt discounts" option from the dropdown menu
3. Select the "10€ Discount - 10 EUR" from the "Discount" dropdown
4. Click on the tick of "Crampons 12 point" line and click the "Apply" button
5. NOTICE (1) that a "-- 10€ Discount" with its discount amount has been added to the line, which is incorrect
6. Click on the "Crampons 12 point" line and click on the "Delete discount" on the right pane. Click on "Delete Selected" on the popup that shows
7. Repeat steps 2. and 3.
8. Click on the "Apply to all lines" checkbox and click the "Apply" button
9. NOTICE (2) that a "-- 10€ Discount" with its discount amount has been added to all lines, including the "Crampons 12 point", which is incorrect

Discretionary promotions do not take into account the "Included Products: Only those defined" value

(0108009) marvintm (manager) 2018-11-20 12:53	Discretionary discounts are not supposed to use the discount filters in their current implementation. Changing this would be a project, and besides it is not clear if we want to do it.
