| Description | Currently the AWO FE does not recognize Multi-UPC and GTIN values. | |||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Add a few values in the Multi-UPC tab of a product. Create a task for that product. Try to scan the default UPC or the serial# of the product (if applicable)-> OK Try to scan a value from the Multi-UPC tab-> Not OK. Add a few GTIN in the AUM of a product. Create a task for that product. Try to scan the default UPC or the serial# of the product (if applicable)-> OK Try to scan a value from the GTIN tab-> Not OK. | |||||||||||
| Proposed Solution | a) AUM is Core. But is Multi-UPC part of the standard delivery or not? b) If not, it should be ;-) since it is very common in retail environments and solves a different concept that the GTIN in the AUM tab of the product: ...Multi-UPC: Same product is delivery by multiple suppliers. Each supplier prints it's own UPC/EAN. This UPC/EAN refers to the Base UM. ...GTIN in AUM tab: Products in alternate UOM can be identified by the barcode/GTIN: So where "Each" is referred to be the default UPC/EAN and by the Multi-UPC, if I scan a GTIN, I know also if I am scanning a Inner-Box, Outer-Box or whatever AUM.
