0038710: [Referenced Inventory] Not possible to issue Tasks of a Distribution Order Issue due to problems with Reservations and Box

Description

After doing the Picking, it is possible to Box the stock.
However, if there is more stock available than the stock to Box, the stock not related to the reservation created by the picking is boxed.
If the picking has several lines, it can happen that, when doing the issue afterwards, some stock is picked from the box and some stock is picked outside the box.
However, it is not possible to issue a box partially.
In this case, an error is raised, because the system has not selected all the stock in the box and the user is not able to do it either.

Steps To Reproduce

With AWO and AWO SampleData installed

Log in as AWO QA Admin

Go to Warehouse Operations Window
Filter by Havana Club Rum Product and check that there are two records in SHP301 Bin
One of them is not inside a box and it does not have any Task or reservation associated to it.

Go to Goods Receipt Window and create a new record with:
  - Organization: US West Coast
  - Business Partner: Be Soft Drinker
  - Warehouse: US West Coast
Move to lines tab and create a new record with:
  - Product: Havana Club Rum
  - Operative Quanitity: 10
  - Storage bin: Food001
Complete the Document

Go to Distribution Order Issue Window and create a new record with:
  - Organization: US West Coast
  - Warehouse Issue: US West Coast
  - Warehouse Receipt: US East Coast
Move to lines and create a new record with:
  - Product: Havana Club Rum
  - Operative Quantity: 10
Create a new record with:
  - Product: Ale Beer
  - Operative Quantity: 10
Book the Document
Click on Pick and Done
Move to the Task Tab and confirm both Tasks

Move back to Warehouse Opeartions Window and filter by SHP301 Bin
Select the records for Ale Beer and Havana Club Rum that are not in any box (Attribute Set Value empty)
Click on Box, select Big Box as Referenced Inventory Type and SHP301 as Storage Bin and 10 units for each as the quantity
Click Done and then move to Task Tab to confirm both Tasks.

Move back to the Distribution Order Issue and click on Issue
Check that the Task for Havana Club Rum does not have any Expected Attribute (it has not picked the stock in the box)
Try to confirm both Tasks
It is not possible to confirm the Task for Ale Beer due to this error:
Error processing Goods Movement process: BB1000002 referenced inventory is also located in bin: SHP301
This happens also in the Front End were both Tasks are confirmed as a group
