Summary

0037846: Unnecessary error is always raised when it should not

DescriptionUnnecessary error is always raised when it should not. The error raised is "The quotation has already been completed, and cannot be modified".
Steps To ReproduceIn http://livebuilds.openbravo.com/retail_pi_pgsql: [^] [^]
 * Search for 'Warranty (deferrable)'
    - Set the product as 'Grouped Product = 'N''
    - Set the product as 'Quantity Rule = 'As per product''
    - Set the product as 'Is Price Rule Based = 'Y''
    - In 'Price Rule Version' tab set a '20%' Service Price Rule starting from the beginning of current month.

Go to https://livebuilds.openbravo.com/retail_pi_pgsql/web/org.openbravo.retail.posterminal/?terminal=VBS-1#login [^] [^]
 * Click on "Create Quotation".
 * Search for 'GPS Mini' product and add it to the ticket
 * Click on services icon and search for 'Warranty (deferrable)' and relate it to 'GPS Mini'
 * Click on Total Amount button to complete the Quotation.
 * Close the Quotation clicking on X button.
 * Click on "Open Receipt" and search for the previous Quotation.
 * Realize that the previous mentioned error is raised.
