Summary

0037466: 3rd level tabs in form don't get refreshed when selecting a different 1st level record

DescriptionWorking with Chrome 62 in windows with at least 3 levels of tab hierarchy.

When having a record open in form view in a 3rd level tab, selecting a different record in 1st level tab and moving back to 3rd level again, the information displayed in 3rd level does not get refreshed: it continues displaying previous record.

Tested in different browsers in Ubuntu 16.04LTS:
  * Chromium 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) -> FAIL
  * Chrome 63.0.3239.70 (Official Build) beta -> OK
  * Chrome 64.0.3278.0 (Official Build) dev -> OK
  * Firefox 57.0 -> OK

Note starting from 18Q1, recommended Chrome version is 63 (although supported from 61).


Steps To ReproduceWith Chrome 62, in an instance with sample data installed (ie. livebuilds).

1. Log in with QA Testing Admin role
2. Open Sales Invoice window
3. Select invoice I/3 (total gross 100.00 EUR)
4. Select Payment Plan tab
5. Having Payment Plan record selected, click on Payment Details tab (3rd level)
6. Open record in form view
  -> Check the payment matches with header (100.00 EUR)
7. Click on Sales Invoice header tab (1st level)
8. Select invoice I/10 (total gross 146.00 EUR)
9. Click on Payment Details
  -> ERRORS:
     * It continues displaying data for previous invoice (100 EUR)
     * It shows form view, while it should show grid view
     * The form is broken: it is split in 2, the half below is blank

Note:
  * There are no errors in dev tools
  * The request to retrieve correct Payment Details record is correctly triggered although information is not displayed

 Unable to reproduce. In this case, attaching a video showing the steps to reproduce would help a lot.

¿It is only reproducible in Chrome version 62?

 We have not test in other versions.
The client says that with new version of Chrome, 63, the incidence is no presented.
