0037158: [SER QA 3380] -Error in 'cancel layaway' vs 'pay open tickets'

Descriptionincorrect operation of 'Pay open tickets' with an Layaway cancellation.
Steps To Reproduce- Webpos
- Cancel Layaway: cancellation ticket A (total=15, paid=10)
- remaining to return=10
- option menu: Pay open tickets

- RESULT -> the 'open tickets' window does not display the open cancellation ticket

- if we manually select the ticket (code) in process cancellation,
  it shown with the total amount payable (15), NO amount return (10)

 Cancel Layaway is similar to a normal return receipt, in that we need to return money to the customer. This is currently not supported in Pay Open Tickets, so the Cancel Layaway should not appear in the selector, and it shouldn't be possible to include it in a Pay Open Tickets action.
