Different behaviour in Create lines From or Create Invoices From Orders processes if invoice terms are Immediate

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role:
   Create a goods receipt to have stock of a product in two storage bins of the same warehouse

   Create a Sales Order, set its Invoice Terms as Immediate
   Add 2 units of the previously created product and book it
   Create a goods shipment header
   Using Create Lines From Process add 1 unit of the product from each locator (in order to have two lines) and complete it

   Create a Sales Invoice header
   Using Create Lines From Process and select previously created order (not shipment). Check although one line is selected two lines are included in the invoice.
   Delete the lines
   Go to Create Invoice From Orders and select the previously created sales order
   Go to Sales Invoice window and check only one line is created (and the goods shipment line is empty)
