Summary

0036304: Date is displayed with one day less in receipts

DescriptionDate is displayed with one day less in receipts. If we process a ticket in 21/06, the date displayed in its receipt is 20/06
Steps To Reproduce** Watch the attached video

In WebPos:
1) Browse a headlamp ultralight and add it to the ticket
2) Pay it
3) Open 'Receipts' tab and select the related receipt
--> The date is one day less than the actual date

Fixed issue 36304 : Added Receipt Payment date validation with UTC

* Receipt Payment date should be converted to server date instead of local date
