0003611: A_Asset_Post doesn't work in PostgreSQL

Openbravo ERP, 2.35 in Postgres

When i try to do an amortizacion plan in the asset window i have many
errors with the process A_Asset_Post. Some of this errors are because of
the date type timestamp and functions like to_date and to_char.
