0035987: "Prestación servicios exenta por suplido" tax rate needs to be included in the dataset

DescriptionNew Tax Category and Tax Rate needs to be included
Steps To Reproduce0. install last module's version and realize that tax rate does not exists
Proposed SolutionCrear una nueva Tax Category "Grupo de Impuestos" denominada:
"Exento servicios por suplido" (Ver IDs en hoja csv Categoria).

Crear un nuevo impuesto con la siguiente información:
Name = Prestación servicios exenta por suplido
Tax Category = Exento servicios por suplido
Valid from = 01/07/2012
Rate = 0
Country From / Country to = Spain
Tipo de impuesto = Impuesto de compra
Tax Exempt = Yes
