0035299: Test CreateLayawayOffline.class has fail

Description

* Running a suite with these tests:

a)
ChangeBPOffline.class,
CreateBPandBPLocation_saleOffline.class,
CreateBPandBPLocation_saleOnline.class,
CreateLayawayOffline.class,

- In ci give this error:

The expected value for 'orderview_divText (testId = orderview_divText)' does not match the existing value.
Expected: "Quotation - Under Evaluation"
but: was ""

- In local gives this other error:

org.openqa.selenium.TimeoutException: SynchronizationHelper has not reached a 'synchronized' state. SynchronizationHelper has still pending busy processes: [{"busyProcessId":1276,"msg":"clickSearch"},{"busyProcessId":1277,"msg":"showLoading"},{"busyProcessId":1278,"msg":"clickSearchNewReceipt"},{"busyProcessId":1279,"msg":"newPaidReceipt"}]

In local, tested 4 times:
- 1 pass
- 1 fail in CreateBPandBPLocation_saleOffline
- 2 fail in CreateBPandBPLocation_saleOnline

* Trying disabling some of the tests

These combinations works for me, tested 2 times each one:
b)
- ChangeBPOffline
- CreateLayawayOffline
c)
- CreateBPandBPLocation_saleOffline
- CreateLayawayOffline
d)
- CreateBPandBPLocation_saleOnline
- CreateLayawayOffline
