0034812: When doing a C&R in a terminal without payment methods, an error occurs

DescriptionIs not possible to do a cancel and replace in a terminal without payment methods, because the netting payment searches for an existing payment method of this terminal.
Steps To ReproduceLoad the Web POS with a terminal with no payment methods.
Create and synchronize a not paid layaway.
Load the layaway and do a cancel and replace.
The process fails.
