Split lines pop up shows 'â' character instead of minus sign (see attached screenshot)

Steps To Reproduce

Create a ticket with more than two quantities for a product and edit the line by choosing "split" button to get the pop up.

Proposed Solution

It is most likely related to issue 0032105 so solution might be the same.
