0033944: Prevent local db change detection by removing/restoring triggers before and after build

DescriptionWhen installing a new module through module management then the Symmetric DS triggers in the database cause the system to 'think' that there are local changes in the database.

Install a module through module management or do local update.database while not removing triggers first
